Carol lives on a small island off the coast of Maine. She is partially retired from her work of providing trauma counseling to Portland’s Police and Fire Departments First responders. She has been studying the Dharma in the Lineage of Trungpa Rinpoche since 1983.

Christy teaches English as a new language at an urban high school in Rochester, NY and enjoys exploring nature with her partner on weekends.
