Our program is divided into twelve curriculum units, each is two weeks. Every other Monday we will post with the next section of curriculum content. Live gatherings are offered every other Saturday with Jonathan and Wednesday with Libby. Our Meditating with the Body course is punctuated by three online weekend retreats at the beginning, middle, and end of the program.
