Who do I contact if I need assistance?

If you have any questions about how this online course works, or about this website, please contact the Program Coordinator at wintermeditationintensive@dharmaocean.org

For help with your meditation practice, please email your question to the coordinator for possible discussion at the live weekly community gatherings.

Will the Zoom mediation sessions be recorded?

Each session will be recorded and posted to the website within 3 hours of the gathering.

How do I convert Mountain Time (MST/MDT) to my local time zone?

The Live Meditation Sessions for the course are scheduled for Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). There are many time zone converters available online. You might try this Time Zone Converter or check out the World Clock. You can also simply add Denver to your desktop or mobile device clocks.

How do I change my password?

You can reset your password in your account settings by clicking the grey circular avatar icon in the upper right of the window. Click settings from the dropdown menu. Here you can change your password, update your profile image, and adjust email settings.

If you lose access to your account please click "Forgot Password" beneath the login at https://online.dharmaocean.org/login.

How do change my profile picture?

You can upload a profile picture which will appear next to your name. To upload a profile image, click on the profile icon at the top right corner of the menu, then click Settings. From the settings page, click the Change Avatar button and upload an image from your device.
