How do I download the audio files?
A Zip file of all course downloads can be accessed from the course Home page on the right sidebar. Additionally individual files can be downloaded on the right sidebar of individual sections.
Can I download audio files to my iPhone/iPad?
You may use your iPhone and/or iPad to view the videos in the course, and to stream the course audio. Unfortunately, you cannot download audio files directly to your iPhone/iPad. Instead, you’ll need download the files to a desktop or laptop computer first, and then transfer those files to your mobile device via iTunes. Visit Apple to learn more.
How do I change my password?
You can reset your password in your account settings by clicking the grey circular avatar icon in the upper right of the window. Click settings from the dropdown menu. Here you can change your password, update your profile image, and adjust email settings.
